\#LI-OD1 #LI-Hybrid Essential Functions and Primary Duties Independently provides application and system support for clients Resolve a full range of internal and external requests Assist with the coordination of various processes and programs as they relate to client needs May have administrator duties, or oversight responsibilities on applicable systems Prepare responses to client complaints under supervision by more senior management Work on data collection, fact-finding and research May have responsibility to conduct and/or coordinate training of others May have responsibility for compliance and administration of applicable corporate policies, local policies and federal and state regulations May be responsible for documentation Additional responsibilities as assigned Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent required 5+ years experience in workforce in a responsible position Must maintain licenses and/or certifications relative to area of responsibility Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing both internally and externally Proficient use of applicable technology Ability to work in a team environme
