sources\nCommunicate effectively to convey complex data findings to both technical and business executives\nOther duties as assigned.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with programming languages such as SQL, Python scripting, and Power Query for data manipulation and analysis\nExperience using REST APIs integrations, and automation of data extraction and transformation workflows.\nKnowledge of statistical analysis techniques and concepts for both descriptive and inferential statistics\nExperience developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel, or comparable business intelligence platforms. \nProven experience with ServiceNow and Snowflake or Data Lake for data retrieval and extraction\nServiceNow Incident and Operational analytics including performance metrics.\n Minimum Qualifications \nBachelor's degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, information science or related field plus three (3) years of experience as a data analyst, data scientist, BI analyst, or related profession OR a combination of education and experience equal to seven (7)
