You will drive a company-provided vehicle to complete on-site service calls throughout your territory.\nAlthough the role is tied to the firm’s headquarters in Maryland Heights, MO, you will not be required to travel there, except for one week of technical training shortly after your start date.\nThis position is listed as Hybrid, but day-to-day work is primarily in the field within your designated territory (Milwaukee, WI).\nEssential Functions and Primary Duties\nWork independently to efficiently and effectively complete. maintenance, project, and IMAC calls within deadlines.\n\nProvide backup coverage for neighboring service areas when needed.\n\nMonitor and manage the ticket queue, assuming ownership of tickets in assigned area and following up to resolution in accordance with SLAs.\n\nSchedule ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) commitments in alignment with client preferences, ensuring safe and timely arrival.\n\nPerform ticket updates, including entering relevant dates, times, resolution codes, hardware usage, and other pertinent details.\n\nMaintain compliance with Asset Management duties, including timely asset transactions, proper equipment packaging, and up-to-date shipping logs.\n\nProvide timely technical support to clients with minimal disruption to their daily operations.\n\nMaintain a current inventory of required parts and tools, ensuring they are readily available for client visits.\n\nStay familiar with documentation, and tools necessary for on-site and remote repairs.\n\nSchedule and have maintenance completed for company vehicles per manufacturer and CBIZ Network Solutions specifications.\n\nTroubleshoot, repair, and upgrade voice, data, and AV hardware, including network equipment, desktop terminals, monitors, printers, telephony devices, and cabling.\n\nOperate a company vehicle for transportation to and from work assignments.\n\nDeliver excellent customer service, fostering trust and confidence in your technical expertise.\n\nParticipate in additional projects and related work as needed.\n\nCarry and respond to a company-issued cellphone for on-call support as required.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nCapable of reading and reviewing information on computer monitors for prolonged durations.\n\nMaintain reliable high-speed internet access for work-related tasks.\n\nEnsure a clean and safe environment for equipment repairs as needed.\n\nReside within the assigned territory to meet operational requirements.\n\nPhysically able to engage in extended periods of walking, sitting, and standing as required.\n\nPerform physical activities such as bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, twisting, kneeling, and reaching at ground level and overhead.\n\nAbility to hold and grip objects securely for extended periods.\n\nStrong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.\n\nEffective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nExcellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.\n\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.\n\nPhysical ability to lift and transport equipment and perform tasks in various environments, including confined spaces.\n\n Minimum Qualifications\nAssociate's degree from accredited college or technical school OR two or more years IT and/or field service experience\nAble to use all related computer hardware and software\nAble to use job related tools\nAble to safely use step ladder\nAble to lift and/or move up to 100+ pounds of equipment\nPossess a valid driver's license in the employee's state of residence, allowing legal operation of a company vehicle\nProvide documentation verifying a minimum age of 21 to meet company car
