in preparation and production of professional materials in Word, Excel and Outlook\nAttention to detail and work in a fast pace environment\nManage incoming correspondence, including processing, logging, and digital filing\nAssist and maintain Excel worksheets\nManaging a book of business to include all aspects of the retirement plan cycle\nData collection from various record keepers\nData management and compliance\nManaging client contributions from various record keepers\nClient data to include sensitive information for processing\nAble to work in a team environment\nAdditional responsibilities as assigned\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree\n Minimum Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED\n\nZero to Two year of relevant work experience in the retirement planning industry\n\nProficient use of applicable technology\n\nAdvanced computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook\n\nExperience with digital data management/filing system is an asset\n\nAbility to manage multiple project and deliverable simultaneously\n\nExcellent written/verbal communication skills and use of grammar\n\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail\n\nAbility to adapt to a changing environment\n\nAbility to follow standard procedures\n\nAbility to work cooperatively with others\n\nAbility to build relationships and trust with internal and external clients and other key
