This is an opportunity for a strong digital communicator who enjoys turning real-life ministry stories into compelling content that connects with donors, ministry partners, and audiences around the world. From email campaigns and website content to podcast episodes, landing pages, virtual events, and digital storytelling, you’ll play an important role in helping people see how their partnership is making an impact. Serving in this position facilitates ministry activities and contributes to CBN’s Biblical mission to advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ worldwide.\nIf you enjoy writing, creating digital content, managing multiple projects, and using your communication skills to support a mission bigger than yourself, we’d love to hear from you.\nThis position offers a hybrid work arrangement in Virginia Beach, VA. The salary range for this position is $49,000 - $52,000 annually. Final compensation within this range will be determined based on a combination of education, relevant experience, and demonstrated skills aligned with the role requirements.\nWhat You’ll Do\nYou’ll create and manage digital communications across email, web, landing pages, and podcast platforms, while transforming ministry stories and updates into compelling content. You’ll also monitor digital engagement, support ministry events, and collaborate with teams across CBN to ensure communications are timely, engaging, and effective.\nWhat You Bring\nExperience in digital communications, content development, and content management\nExperience in website content management systems and email marketing platforms\nProficiency with basic graphic design tools and the ability to create and edit digital assets, including thumbnails and other visual content\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ministry objectives to a variety of audiences\nStrong storytelling, writing, editing, and proofreading skills\nExperience with podcast production, publishing, and distribution platforms\nStrong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, Asana, Mailchimp, and other relevant digital communication platforms and tools\nAbility to analyze communication metrics and use data to improve audience engagement and communication effectiveness\nAbility to exercise discretion in handling confidential donor and ministry information and make sound decisions\nExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain professional rapport with all levels of management, staff, ministry partners, and the public\nFlexibility with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as an effective member of a team\nAvailability to work irregular or extended hours and respond to unexpected work demands as needed\nAbility to travel as needed\nFamiliarity with the Farsi-speaking world, its culture, and regional context is preferred\nDemonstrated life application of Biblical principles and practices in alignment with CBN’s nonprofit Christian mission\nAt CBN, your work supports a global ministry and contributes to the mission of advancing the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
