Make an Impact Behind the Scenes!\n The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Features Production Coordinator to join the Features Department supporting The 700 Club television program in Virginia Beach. In this role, you’ll play an important behind the scenes part in bringing compelling feature stories to the screen by coordinating production workflows, maintaining story records, tracking assignments and deadlines, and ensuring producers and production staff have the information and resources they need throughout the production process. Working closely with producers, line producers, and other departments, you’ll help keep stories moving from initial assignment through broadcast and archiving while supporting the daily operations of a dynamic television production team.\nIf you’re someone who enjoys keeping things organized, anticipating needs, solving problems, and helping a team work efficiently, this is an opportunity to put those strengths to work in a meaningful ministry environment. Serving in this position facilitates ministry activities and contributes to CBN’s Biblical mission to advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ worldwide.\nThe salary range for this position is $47,000 - $50,000 annually. Final compensation within this range will be determined based on a combination of education, relevant experience, and demonstrated skills aligned with the role requirements.\nWhat You’ll Do\n You'll maintain and manage the Features Department's master story database, tracking stories throughout the production process from assignment through broadcast and archiving. You'll prepare daily production reports, organize and upload story materials for production meetings, coordinate media resources and documentation, and help ensure information and files remain accurate and accessible. You'll work closely with producers, line producers, and production staff to monitor story progress, follow up on assignments and deadlines, identify potential workflow issues, and communicate updates as needed. You'll also serve as a liaison with CBN International, Operation Blessing, and Marketing to facilitate video access and production information requests, while providing scheduling, assignment tracking, and general coordination support to the Features Director.\nWhat You’ll Bring\n Strong organizational and time-management skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.\nUnderstanding of television production processes, story development, research, and the workflow involved in taking a feature story from assignment through broadcast and archiving.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with producers, production staff, and internal departments.\nStrong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, and experience maintaining information in databases or other digital platforms.\nAbility to learn, adapt to, and effectively utilize emerging technologies, including online database/CRM platforms, AI tools, and digital media management systems.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to recognize workflow issues, assess competing priorities, and recommend practical solutions in a deadline-driven environment.\nSelf-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, take initiative, and follow through on responsibilities.\nAbility to maintain effective working relationships and collaborate with individuals across multiple departments and levels of the organization.\nAbility to provide backup support to the Features Director with scheduling, story assignments, and other departmental coordination responsibilities.\nDemonstrated life application of Biblical principles and practices in alignment with CBN's non-profit Christian mission.\nWhy Work at CBN\nAt CBN, your work supports a global ministry and contributes to the mission of advancing the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
