It will require the candidate to work closely with the Head of Derivatives Market Structure, as well as work with others on the floor support team, maintaining and making sure all trading related matters and systems are running properly and efficiently. The candidate will be expected to establish working relationships both internally and externally, sharing ideas and pursuing favorable outcomes to improve Cboe’s competitive position.\nLocation: Chicago, IL office. This is a role on the floor and requires in office work. Normal working hours are 5 days a week - 7:45am - 3:45pm\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nWork with Market Structure team and the trading floor team to build and maintain strong relationships with TPHs, customers and other external and internal influencers to understand their perspectives\nWork with the Derivatives team creating data analysis and interpreting business trends\nEngage in daily interactions and client facing tasks on the trading floor, discovering needs and wants of the Trading floor TPHs and the customers\nSupport trading floor visitors and tours to promote the Exchange and its products, working closely with the Options Institute and other departments\nPrepare materials and presentations for various committee meetings and/or internal management meetings\nProvide training and support with anything related to the trading floor (e.g., billing, clearing, trading procedures, new products, etc.)\nCollaborate with various Cboe teams to identify trading issues and possible enhancements.\nSupport and maintain various order entry and trading platforms\nWork with floor support team and TPHs to facilitate and address any physical trading space issues.\nMake expeditious and fair decisions on trading practices during the trading day\nJob Requirements\nWorking knowledge of MS-office\nStrong organization and communication skills\nAbility to conduct basic research, keep notes and track tasks and project status\nCollaborative mindset, ability to work in a fast pace environment\nExperience with Jira, Sigma, Salesforce preferred\nIn person requirement\nMinimum Years of Work Experience: 2-5 years\nMinimum Education Requirement: Bachelor Degree or Equivalent Experience\nThis position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.\nSalary Ranges (applicable for US locations only)\nAt Cboe, we are committed to providing a competitive, transparent, and market-informed total rewards program.
