They are responsible for building space design, construction, and moving services\nWhat You'll Do:\nReview space requirements and provide conceptual plans and recommendations to the real estate team and high-profile partners.\n\nCreate block or stack plans, charters, and move lists.\n\nProduce complex drawings and presentations for internal partners and client-facing steering committee meetings for review and feedback. Involve project management staff as appropriate for move and construction services.\n\nCollaborate with other team members to gain business intelligence including move and relocation sequencing and execution\n\nConduct evaluation and review of work area affected by move planning to ensure that current location(s) and office availability at destination location(s) is reflected accurately.\n\nManage space walks for validation and update of occupancy metrics.\n\nResponsible for reviewing and maintaining occupancy data within the system of record.\n\nPrepare forecasts and evaluate space planning trends in general business conditions.\n\nConduct interviews and discussions with client(s) to gather, coordinate and synthesize project requirements, and functional, operational, and cultural issues.\n\nLiaise with Organizational Change teams as needed.\n\nMake recommendations and implement necessary space planning code changes and/or requirements and updates.\n\nFacilitate post-occupancy support and reviews to ensure deliverables were completed and client’s expectations were met.\n\nApply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.\n\nHave a broad knowledge of own job field and some knowledge of several job subject areas within the function.\n\nLead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.\n\nImpact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.\n\nWork primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet timelines.\n\nExplain complex information to others in straightforward situations.\n\nWhat You'll Need:To perform this job optimally, an individual will need to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The minimum salary for the Senior Occupancy Planner position is $110,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $130,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
