Act as subject matter expert in troubleshooting network access issues providing technical leadership on outage bridges for high priority incidents\n • Work with the vendor to resolve complex issues and understand product roadmap and features\n • Document security solutions development and maintain as-built drawings and diagrams\nEducation\n4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering\n Accreditation/Certification/Licenses:\n Preferred candidates possess industry related or Netskope certification: Netskope Integrator Accreditation, Netskope Certified Cloud Security Architect (NSK300), or Netskope Certified Cloud Security Administrator (NSK100).\n Preferred candidates possess:\n Working knowledge of Cisco ASA / Palo Alto firewalls, Networking for F5 LTM/GTM.
