This role works closely with branch leadership, Operations, Service, Finance, Accounting, and IT to ensure each branch is prepared, converted, tested, trained, and stabilized on Sedona across client management, job management, service and inspections, inventory, purchasing, billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger processes.\nThe ideal candidate brings a practical blend of business analysis, light technical aptitude, working accounting knowledge, and strong organizational and project management skills. This individual will translate branch needs into standard Sedona processes, keep upgrade plans and deliverables on track, safeguard data and financial accuracy through cutover, and help users adopt the new system with confidence. Hands-on Sedona experience is highly valued, particularly as part of a prior Sedona implementation or upgrade.\nResponsibilities\nBranch Upgrade Planning & Project Coordination\nCoordinate the upgrade of branch environments to Sedona ERP from discovery and readiness assessment through cutover, stabilization, and handoff to ongoing support.\nBuild and maintain branch-level project plans, timelines, task assignments, and risk, issue, action, and decision logs across multiple concurrent branch upgrades.\nSchedule and facilitate working sessions and status meetings, and provide clear, timely progress reporting to branch leaders, project sponsors, and IT management.\nCoordinate activities and dependencies among branch staff, Finance, Operations, IT, and the software vendor to keep each upgrade on scope and on schedule.\nDevelop and refine a repeatable upgrade playbook, including checklists, templates, and lessons learned, so each successive branch upgrade is faster and more consistent.\nBusiness Process Analysis & Branch Readiness\nDocument each branch's current-state processes, systems, reports, and workarounds across sales, jobs, service, inventory, purchasing, billing, and accounting.\nFacilitate discovery sessions and translate branch needs into requirements, process maps, fit-gap findings, and standard operating procedures aligned to Sedona.\nPromote standardized Sedona processes across branches while documenting justified business variations and their dependencies.\nAssess branch readiness for upgrade, including data condition, staffing, user access, equipment, and open transactions, and track remediation items to closure.\nSedona ERP Configuration & Application Support\nSupport setup and configuration of Sedona modules, including Client Management, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Inventory, Job Management, and Service.\nMaintain setup tables, branch and warehouse structures, user access and security groups, and related configuration in partnership with IT administrators.\nCoordinate with IT and the software vendor on environment setup, version updates, cloud or on-premises hosting, mobile tools, and add-on modules.\nTroubleshoot user and system issues, perform first-level root-cause analysis, and manage vendor support cases through resolution.\nFinancial & Accounting Process Support\nPartner with Finance and Accounting to align chart of accounts, branch and department structures, tax, payment terms, and posting rules with corporate standards.\nSupport receivables, payables, recurring billing, job costing, inventory valuation, and period-end close processes within Sedona.\nAssist with cutover balances and reconciliations, including open receivables and payables, inventory, open jobs, deferred revenue, and subledger-to-general-ledger tie-outs.\nApply a working understanding of how operational transactions post to the general ledger to help identify and resolve accounting-related issues.\nData Migration & Master Data Quality\nCoordinate the extraction, cleansing, mapping, and loading of branch data, including customers, sites, vendors, parts, open transactions, recurring billing, jobs, and service history.\nMaintain data mapping documents, conversion checklists, and cross-reference tables for each branch upgrade.\nValidate converted data using record counts, balance comparisons, and sample reviews, and obtain sign-off from branch and Finance data owners.\nDefine and reinforce data standards, required fields, naming conventions, and duplicate prevention so data stays consistent across branches.\nIntegration, Reporting & Controls\nDocument functional requirements and data handoffs between Sedona and connected systems such as CRM, payment processing, banking and lockbox, payroll, and corporate reporting.\nUse Sedona Report Manager, Query Builder, dashboards, Excel, and basic SQL queries to validate data and meet branch and corporate reporting needs.\nPartner with Data & Analytics to ensure branch data in Sedona supports consolidated financial and operational reporting.\nSupport user access reviews, segregation of duties, audit evidence, and exception reporting across critical billing, purchasing, and accounting processes.\nTesting & Cutover Management\nPlan and coordinate conversion validation, functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for each branch upgrade.\nDevelop test scenarios that validate complete business processes, such as job to invoice to cash, service ticket to invoice, purchase to pay, and recurring billing cycles.\nPrepare and manage cutover plans, including mock conversions, transaction freeze periods, go/no-go criteria, and go-live checklists.\nLog, prioritize, and track defects and open items through resolution, and confirm fixes with branch users.\nTraining, Change Management & Post-Go-Live Support\nCreate process documentation, job aids, and training materials for Sedona workflows tailored to branch roles.\nCoordinate and deliver end-user training, and prepare branch leaders and super users to support their teams.\nProvide on-site or remote go-live and stabilization support, triage issues, and communicate status and resolutions to branch stakeholders.\nManage post-go-live enhancement requests and lessons learned, and serve as a trusted advisor to branch and functional stakeholders.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.\n3+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, Implementation Specialist, Accounting Systems, or Project Coordinator role supporting ERP or accounting applications.\nWorking knowledge of core accounting and operational processes, including receivables, payables, general ledger, billing, inventory, purchasing, and job or service management.\nExperience supporting an ERP or business system implementation, upgrade, migration, or multi-site rollout.\nExperience gathering business requirements and producing process maps, test cases, training materials, and standard operating procedures.\nDemonstrated organizational and project management skills, including managing plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent workstreams.\nTechnical aptitude with business applications, including advanced Excel, data validation, report building, user security setup, and basic troubleshooting.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively across branch, Operations, Finance, and IT teams.\nPreferred Qualifications\nHands-on experience with Sedona ERP (SedonaOffice), including modules such as Client Management, Job Management, Service, Inventory, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger.\nDirect participation in a Sedona implementation, data conversion, or version upgrade, ideally across multiple branches or companies.\nExperience in the security, fire and life safety, low-voltage, or systems integration industry, or in construction, distribution, field service, or multi-site operating environments.\nExperience with Sedona reporting and add-on tools, such as Report Manager, Query Builder, Sedona-X Mobile, or SedonaOffice Cloud Services.\nFamiliarity with SQL queries, data mapping, data conversion tools, and integrations between ERP, CRM, and reporting platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI.\nAccounting or finance background, including month-end close, reconciliations, job costing, or recurring revenue billing.\nRelevant project management, business analysis, accounting, or
