Including, the ability to perform a construction take off from blue prints, and process Architectural revisions and bulletins (As Required By Account) \nCommunicate effectively through verbal and written communication to General Contractors, Customers, and Field Technicians and to Internal Departments regarding the status of orders. Prepares timely update reports for management, customers as needed. \nFollow-up correspondence in writing (email primarily) \nResponsive to returning phone calls in a timely manner \nCommunicate with factories and suppliers \nMonitor orders, and provide tracking for shipments. \nPrepare direct entry sales orders \nCoordinate project submittal process-product data sheets, samples, schedules, etc. \nProvide close-out documents as required \nAbility to resolve project issues quickly and efficiently and communicates not only the problem but also a resolution to all required parties. If unable to find an acceptable solution will escalate to the Project Manager / Team Lead. \nCoordinate orders across the US, Canada and Puerto Rico. \nDisplays working product knowledge of materials: Doors, Frames, Door Hardware.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nProficient in Microsoft Products, including but not limited to Excel, Word, and Outlook \nFunctional and working knowledge of computers \nMust pass pre-employment background check and drug screen\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\nEffective time management and organizational skills \nDetail oriented \nGood mathematical skills \nEffective communication skills both verbal and in writing \nSelf-motivated and proactive with ability to multi-task \nBlue print reading and specification interpretation preferred Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Technology, or equivalent experience a plus\n\nPhysical Demands \nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
