The ideal candidate has proven experience in warehouse and purchasing operations, with strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to drive improvements independently. \n\nEssential Functions \nPerform and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, inventory handling, material staging, and outbound distribution to support project and service operations.\nMaintain a clean, organized facility while ensuring consistent application of safety standards and regulatory compliance\nTrack inventory movement and accuracy, performing physical counts, and reconciling discrepancies with system data\nHandle fleet coordination, including routine maintenance scheduling and vehicle utilization.\nCollaborate with operations and back-office teams to evaluate vendors and procure materials, equipment, and vehicles.\nExecute purchasing decisions in collaboration with other departments for stock and project-specific items, guiding inventory additions/deletions based on business needs.\nManage the return goods (RMA) process, ensuring timely resolution, minimized return costs, and proper vendor credit.\nAddress warehouse issues or incidents directly, documenting root causes and implementing corrective actions.\nOccasionally deliver or transport materials and equipment to job sites when needed.\nConduct scheduled physical inventories to ensure accurate reconciliation to maintain inventory integrity.\nPromote and maintain high safety standards across warehouse and logistics operations.\nProvide light facilities support as needed to maintain a safe and functional workplace.\nPerform additional responsibilities as assigned by the management team.\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED required\nMinimum 3 years of warehouse management experience\nKnowledge of physical security systems, network devices\nExperience in purchasing and procurement of warehouse-related materials is a plus\nAbility to lift over 50 pounds and work comfortably on ladders and lifts\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service\nProficient with basic hand and power tools, and knowledgeable in electrical circuitry and blueprint reading\nCurrent and valid US driver’s license\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\nSelf-motivated; able to work with minimal supervision \nStrong computer skills including Microsoft Office products \nAbility to think independently \nGood communication skills, written and verbal\n\nPhysical Demands\nSpends more than 2/3 of time standing, kneeling/crouching/stooping, using hands and reaching. Spends approximately 1/3 of time walking and talking/hearing. Frequent lifting required of items 25-50 pounds, and occasional lifting over 50 pounds.
