This person will work in direct support of the Accounting Manager. \n\nEssential Functions\nAssist with billing, specifically in regard to Locklear/Rogers projects \nReconcile jobs \nChange order research and help get change orders for all salesmen \nProper project close out \nComsense reports, cleaning up WIP and sales orders \nResearch back charges, missing material, change orders, etc. \nOther relative duties as assigned\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nAssociates’ degree, or an equivalent combination of education/experience \nExperience in both construction and accounting related positions preferred \nMust pass pre-employment background check and drug test\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities \nStrong mathematical and analytical skills required \nStrong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products specifically Excel \nStrong written and verbal communication skills are also critical\n\nPhysical Demands\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
