The position will coordinate the flow of information between customers and service staff in order to facilitate the resolution/completion of all service requests. \n\nEssential Functions\nPrioritizing, scheduling and dispatching service staff;\nOrdering and expediting all required parts; \nReviewing resolved service tickets upon completion of work; \nVerification of time entries/GPS logs; \nReplenishing stock able products and accountability; \nAssistance with the development, implementation and documentation of Service Department processes.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh school diploma \nStrong verbal and written communication skills \nStrong organizational skills \nStrong interpersonal and customer service skills\nAbility to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines \nExperience with Connectwise a plus \nMust pass pre-employment background check and drug test\n\nPhysical Demands \nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
