The warehouse coordinator will handle many of the overall administrative duties having to do with the total warehouse operation. \n\nEssential Functions\nReceive emails for incoming orders, print material labels ahead of receiving, assist with labeling material as it is unloaded \nScan all packing slips and attach them electronically to purchase orders\nCall customers 24-48 hours in advance to confirm deliveries \nLine up all quick ship couriers \nAssist with completing closeout documents for the branch \nOther relative duties as assigned\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma, or an equivalent combination of education/experience\nCurrent and valid US driver’s license preferred \nAt least 3-5 years of experience in similar position\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\nSelf-motivated; able to work with minimal supervision \nStrong computer skills including Microsoft Office products \nAbility to think independently \nGood communication skills, written and verbal\n\nPhysical Demands\nSpends more than 2/3 of time standing, kneeling/crouching/stooping, using hands and reaching. Spends approximately 1/3 of time walking and talking/hearing. Frequent lifting required of items 25-50 pounds, and occasional lifting over 50 pounds.
