We invest in our employees through training, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth.\nWAGE RANGE: $20.00 - 21.00/hourly\nJOB SUMMARY: Catholic Charities is seeking an experienced commercial kitchen/large volume kitchen individual who is compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally aware to work as a Kitchen Assistant at its St Paul Opportunity Center location.\n*** One year of food service experience in commercial kitchen/large volume kitchen required ***\nCatholic Charities is seeking an experienced commercial kitchen / large-volume kitchen professional who is compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally aware to serve as a Kitchen Assistant at the St. Paul Opportunity Center.\nUnder the direction of the on-site Chef/Supervisor, this individual assists in and maintains the Food Service areas - including dishwashing, floor cleaning, equipment and area sanitizing, and proper receiving and storage of incoming products.\nThey support the Chef and Volunteers in maintaining the kitchen, dining room, and all food, small-wares, and equipment-storage areas.
