The LSA1 will be responsible for handing day-to-day operations tasks under supervision. Jobs such as system maintenance and patching, server builds, troubleshooting, user management, performance monitoring, and other administrative tasks. The LSA1 will also serve as an escalation point for the customer-facing operations centers, as well as providing additional hands for project tasks as needed. This position involves participation in a weekly rotating on-call schedule. This is an entry-level role.\nLocation: EU/USWorking hours: Monday-Friday, US shift.Key Job Requirements: \nDaily operations tasks during the scheduled shift\n\nParticipation in weekly on-call rotation\n\nSystem maintenance and patching during scheduled maintenance\n\nDaily operational care and feeding of the various server environments assigned to Apps for management\n\nTroubleshooting, triage, and problem resolution of issues in all environments\n\nAssistance with scheduled code releases as assigned\n\nManagement of load balancing equipment and configurations under supervision\n\nLeveraging configuration management tools to maintain and update the environment\n\nEnsuring platform integrity by following appropriate compliance and security standards\n\nNew server builds utilizing corporate virtualization infrastructure\n\nOther duties as assigned by management\n\nKey Skills and Qualifications: \nMinimal skills installing, configuring, and working with Windows/Linux/MacOS (any) at a “power user” level\n\nTechnical aptitude and a willingness to learn new skills\n\nA high level of personal motivation\n\nGreat communication, documentation, and analytical skills \n\nAbility to work under supervision in a team, as well as to be an independent contributor\n\nDesired Skills: \nExperience with Linux administration in a “consumer/home” environment or enterprise farm\n\nExperience with virtualization products (VMWare, Proxmox, HyperV, Virtualbox, etc…)\n\nExperience with Apache webservers, Apache Tomcat, Java, Perl\n\nExperience with
