This is an individual contributor rolefocused on maximizing enrollments while delivering a seamless learner experience.\nEmployment Type : 6 months Probation + Full time\nKey Responsibilities\nConnect with prospective students through phone/video callsto understand concerns, clarify doubts, and drive leads toward closure.\n\nFollow up continuouslyand ensure timely conversion of leads.\n\nManage the complete sales cyclepost-demo, including lead engagement, objection handling, and closing.\n\nCommunicate effectivelythe value proposition and uniqueness of the NIAT Program.\n\nAchieve and exceeddaily, weekly, and monthly enrollment and revenue targets.\n\nMaintain accurate CRM recordsof lead interactions and feedback for smooth follow-ups.\n\nShare learner insightswith the demo and other teams to improve processes.\n\nDeliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring every interaction is respectful, empathetic, and impactful\n\nQualifications & Requirements\n1-3 years of experience in B2C Sales / Business Development, preferably in EdTech / Upskilling / High-ticket B2C industries with CRM tools and sales dashboards experience\n\nStrong sales acumen with expertise in closing deals, consultative selling, and objection handling.\n\nExcellent communication skills in English + one regional language (Hindi, Gujarati, Odia, Malayalam, Bengali, Kannada etc.).\n\nHighly target-driven, process-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, metric-driven environments.\n\nWork Location & Days\nWork from Madhya Pradesh / West Bengal / Gujarat / Odisha / Kerala/Karnatakadepending on territory.\n\n6-day working week\n\nTraining Location : Hyderabad\n\nWork Timings : 11:00 AM -
