years\n\nMandatory Skills : \n\n- Selenium with Java : Strong Core Java, Selenium WebDriver, Page Object Model, TestNG/JUnit, Maven/Gradle, and framework development.\n\n- REST Assured : API automation frameworks, request/response validation, authentication, JSON/XML, schema validation, and API chaining.\n\n- Postman : Collections, environments, JavaScript assertions, pre-request scripts, Newman, and automated execution.\n\n- Database Testing : Strong SQL, complex joins, subqueries, data reconciliation, CRUD validation, and source-to-target data verification.\n\n- API & Backend Testing : REST APIs, HTTP methods, OAuth 2.0, bearer tokens, error handling, third-party integrations, and synchronous/asynchronous workflows.\n\n- UI Testing : Functional, regression, integration, cross-browser, and end-to-end testing.\n\n- CI/CD : Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git, and automation pipeline integration.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design, develop, and maintain Selenium Java and REST Assured automation frameworks.\n\n- Execute functional, regression, integration, API, database, and end-to-end testing.\n\n- Validate data consistency across APIs, databases, middleware, and downstream systems.\n\n- Troubleshoot failures using application logs, server logs, and transaction tracing.\n\n- Identify root causes and distinguish application defects from automation, environment, and test-data issues.\n\n- Participate in requirement analysis, defect triage, UAT, and release-readiness reviews.\n\n- Communicate technical findings, risks, and recommendations effectively to developers and stakeholders.\n\nPreferred Skills : \n\nMicroservices, API gateways, Kafka, Grafana, Splunk, JMeter/k6, AWS/Azure, Docker, and experience with transaction-processing or integration-heavy applications.\n\nCandidate Requirements : \n\n- Strong hands-on expertise across Selenium Java, REST Assured, API testing, and SQL/database testing.\n\n- Ability to troubleshoot independently and explain personal technical contributions clearly.\n\n- Strong communication, collaboration, and ownership skills.\n\n- Must be available to join immediately or within one week.\n\n-
