The mid-level supervisor role is designed for master's students and recent graduates on the path to BCBA certification. You'll carry real clinical responsibility while building the supervised hours and hands-on experience that prepare you for the exam and for independent practice.\nWhat the role involves\nCaregiver training and behavioral skills training\n Treatment planning, modifications, and skills assessments\n Preference assessments and behavior-analytic report writing\n Supervising a caseload of BTs and RBTs\n Collaborating with BCBAs across varied settings - telehealth, home, community, school, clinic, and social skills groups\nUnrestricted hours are paid and go towards your supervised fieldwork\n Who we're looking for\n Current master's student or recent graduate in ABA or a closely related field (preferred)\n Candidates with a bachelor's degree plus 2 years of related RBT experience will be considered\n BCaBAs are also encouraged to apply\n Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation\n Cleared TB test and background screening\n Up-to-date immunizations\nCompletion of CA LiveScan and background check\n Generally available Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-6:30 PM (master's coursework accommodated with verification)\n You're the right fit if you're self-directed, communicate with professionalism, and approach clinical work with genuine curiosity.
