You'll carry real clinical responsibility while building the supervised hours and hands-on experience that prepare you for the exam and for independent practice.\nWhat the role involves\nCaregiver training and behavioral skills training\nTreatment planning, modifications, and skills assessments\nPreference assessments and behavior analytic report writing\nSupervising a caseload of BTs and RBTs\nCollaborating with BCBAs across varied settings - telehealth, home, community, school, clinic, and social skills groups\nUnrestricted hours are paid and go towards your supervised fieldwork\nWho we're looking for\nCurrent master's student or recent graduate in ABA or a closely related field (preferred)\nCandidates with a bachelor's degree plus 2 years of related RBT experience will be considered\nBCaBAs are also encouraged to apply\nValid CA driver's license and reliable transportation\nCleared TB test and background screening\nUp-to-date immunizations\nCompletion of CA LiveScan and background check\nGenerally available Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-6:30 PM (master's coursework accommodated with verification)\nYou're the right fit if you're self-directed, communicate with professionalism, and approach clinical work with genuine curiosity.
