You hold a meaningful caseload of clients, collaborate closely with Program Managers and families, maintain clinical documentation to the highest standard, and contribute to a team culture where quality outcomes are a shared goal.\nThis is a clinician-led role in a clinician-led organization. You will have direct input into treatment decisions, access to ongoing supervision and mentorship, and a clear performance-based path to increased compensation and leadership.\nABOUT CCBS\nChild Communication & Behavior Specialists (CCBS) is a clinician-owned ABA therapy organization headquartered in Northern California. We provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and adolescents, working primarily within the CCS/Catalight Care Services framework. We offer a structured six-level salary ladder, a meaningful quality bonus program, leadership pathways into our Assistant Mentor track, and a culture that values both clinical excellence and operational transparency.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nClinical Responsibilities\nDesign, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs grounded in applied behavior analysis.\nConduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), preference assessments, and skills assessments as clinically indicated.\nReview and analyze session data regularly, adjusting programming as needed to ensure client progress toward measurable goals.\nMaintain a caseload consistent with your salary level billing expectations (see Compensation section).\nDeliver direct therapy services as part of your billable hours when appropriate.\nSupervision & Collaboration\nSupervise Program Managers (PMs) and master’s-level students on your caseload, providing regular feedback, training, and clinical oversight.\nNote: BCBAs with less than 1 year of BCBA certification may supervise PMs and students under the mentorship of a BCBA with 5+ years of certification.\nBCBAs with 5+ years of certification may mentor new BCBAs (less than 1 year certified) in addition to supervising PMs and students.\nCollaborate with families, caregivers, school teams, and other service providers to align programming across environments.\nParticipate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities.\nDocumentation & Compliance\nComplete progress reports, session notes, and clinical documentation accurately and on time in accordance with CCS/Catalight requirements and CCBS policy.\nMaintain billing records through CentralReach; ensure hours billed and collected accurately reflect services rendered.\nUphold BACB ethical guidelines and CCBS clinical standards at all times.\nParticipate in audit readiness; ensure documentation can withstand internal or external review at any time.\nWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR\nRequired\nActive Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential in good standing with the BACB.\nExperience providing ABA services to children and adolescents (any amount considered for Entry level).\nStrong written and verbal communication skills;
