This role partners closely with Human Resources, business leaders, and executive stakeholders to translate complex workforce data into actionable recommendations that improve talent outcomes, organizational effectiveness, and employee experience.The Manager, People Analytics serves as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in HR data, analytics, and measurement. This individual will drive the evolution of people metrics, workforce dashboards, predictive insights, and reporting capabilities while ensuring data integrity and governance across HR systems.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPeople Analytics & Reporting\nDevelop and execute the organization's people analytics strategy, delivering insights that support business and talent objectives\nDesign, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, scorecards, and visualizations for HR leaders, executives, and business stakeholders\nAnalyze workforce trends and key talent metrics including hiring, retention, turnover, engagement, promotion, diversity, performance, and organizational health\nTranslate complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations that drive business action and improve decision-making\nEstablish and monitor key workforce metrics, benchmarks, and performance indicators\nStrategic Consulting\nPartner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and business leaders to identify opportunities for data-driven solutions\nConsult with stakeholders on workforce planning, organizational design, talent strategies, and measurement approaches\nSupport executive presentations and leadership discussions through compelling storytelling with data\nProvide recommendations based on internal analyses, external benchmarks, and industry best practices\nData Management & Governance\nEnsure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data across systems and reporting platforms\nServe as a subject matter expert for HR data, reporting, and workforce analytics\nEstablish data governance standards, documentation, and reporting processes\nCollaborate with HRIS, IT, and business partners to improve data quality and reporting capabilities\nResearch & Advanced Analytics\nConduct quantitative and qualitative analyses using data from multiple sources, including Workday, employee surveys, engagement platforms, and other HR systems\nIdentify patterns, trends, risks, and opportunities through statistical analysis and workforce modeling\nSupport employee listening initiatives, engagement surveys, and organizational research efforts\nLeverage data visualization and analytics tools to create compelling insights and executive-ready presentations\nExplore predictive analytics and emerging workforce trends to inform talent strategies\nLeadership & Continuous Improvement\nLead and support a Sr. Analyst, People Analytics, by providing strategic direction, removing barriers, aligning priorities, fostering professional growth, and creating an environment that enables continued growth, partnership, and delivery of high-impact workforce insights \nLead and prioritize people analytics initiatives and reporting projects\nEvaluate existing reports and processes, identifying opportunities for automation, simplification, and enhanced stakeholder value\nStay current on industry trends, workforce analytics methodologies, and technology advancements\nFoster a culture of data-driven decision-making throughout the HR function and broader organization\nRequirements:\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field\n5+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Reporting, Workforce Analytics, HRIS, or a related analytical function\nExperience working with HR systems such as Workday and employee survey platforms\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills\nExperience creating dashboards and reporting solutions for executive and business audiences\nAbility to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations\nStrong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills\nProficiency in Excel and workforce reporting tools\nPreferred\nExperience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms\nExperience with org design, workforce planning, predictive analytics, and statistical analysis\nAdvanced knowledge of HR metrics, talent analytics, and organizational effectiveness measures\nPrior experience supporting
