Learn more about CCC at www.cccis.com.\nThe Role\nThe OEM Network Specialist acts as a consultative partner to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers to ensure a positive experience by maximizing the value and benefit of CCC’s OEM NET products and services. Maintains a deep knowledge of OEM, industry, product, and role in the market. Manages the industry relations portfolio to assist in OEM onboarding certified repair facilities, and creates new OEM implementations, training, and program performance reviews to ensure the client experience is seamless and consistent. Works cross-functionally with CCC account team to ensure key tasks are being managed successfully. This position is embedded into the customer organization with regular presence on-site as specified by the customer, located in Costa Mesa.Key Responsibilities:\nServes as the designated OEM point of contact for day-to-day account management related to certified networks and projects.\nDevelop and execute service strategies aligned to client goals and measurable outcomes\nDrive customer retention, satisfaction, and adoption of CCC products and services\nPartner with OEM Account Director & Manager to identify and support expansion and upsell opportunities\nEducates internal teams on new OEM Certified Repair Network (CRN) objectives and projects.\nReceives OEM issues, conducts research to clarify and resolve issues, and communicates resolution to the customer support team for ongoing educational purposes and improved customer support.\nOversees CRN shop agreements and takes a proactive approach with upcoming renewals.\nDevelop and maintain executive-ready reporting that highlights progress, value realization, and ROI\nPartner with Product and Technology teams to advocate for client needs and provide input on enhancements, roadmap priorities, and workflow improvements\nFacilitate executive-level meetings, workflow reviews, and regular status updates\nTranslate customer feedback into actionable insights for internal teams\nSupports new program rollouts/launches in conjunction with Product and other cross-functional teams.\nCommunicates with OEM dealers and field representatives regarding network updates and initiatives.\nRequirements:\nRelevant Work Experience\nBachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience\n3 + years of project management or related work experience\n2 + years of client-facing consulting, advisory, or customer success role\nOEM or OEM Dealer exposure/experience a plus\nDemonstrated track record of running analytics on complex data sets and presentations of results to internal and external audiences at various degrees of seniority.\n4 days onsite presence as designated by customer in Costa Mesa.\nKey Competencies\nKnowledge of business process or workflow solutions\nClient relationship management and executive presence\nConsulting, advisory, and presentation skills\nBusiness process and workflow solutions\nTechnical aptitude and product platform expertise\nExcel, Tableau or similar analytics package\nTechnical, Business, and Industry Knowledge\nCross-functional collaboration and influence\nConflict resolution and emotional intelligence\nStrategic thinking with a growth mindset\nAbility to integrate into customer teams while preserving a “CCC first” mentality.\nCCC Competencies\nKnowledge of CCC’s products and Services\nInterpersonal Communication\nProject Planning / Management\nConflict Management\nPriority Management\nDecision Making\nCustomer Focus\nInfluential Leadership\nInterview Policy & Privacy Notice:\nA video interview is required for this position.
