In this critical role, you will build and evolve the secure, resilient, and cost-efficient platforms that power our AI-driven applications, services, and machine learning solutions. You'll be instrumental in shaping our cloud strategy, driving operational excellence, and optimizing infrastructure performance and spend at scale.Key Responsibilities:\nEnhance and evolve our observability capabilities across Azure, AWS, and application environments, ensuring visibility, performance, and operational insights.\nDrive consistency, scalability, and operational excellence through platform standards, best practices, and automation.\nEnable engineering and machine learning teams to effectively build, deploy, and operate solutions on cloud-native platforms and services.\nLeverage Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD tools, including Terraform, Bicep, and GitHub, to streamline provisioning, deployments, and platform management.\nDesign and maintain secure cloud environments that align with industry best practices and enterprise security standards.\nFoster a culture of reliability, accountability, and continuous improvement across a federated engineering organization.\nPartner closely with teams across CCC to deliver scalable solutions, solve complex challenges, and drive cross-functional initiatives.\nMentor and guide engineers, sharing technical expertise and helping grow platform engineering capabilities across the organization.\nParticipate in an on-call rotation, supporting the health, availability, and performance of critical applications and infrastructure.\nRequirements:\n7+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Platform Engineering, or related infrastructure-focused roles.\nProven experience designing, deploying, and operating large-scale production systems on Azure and/or AWS.\nStrong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, DNS, and modern platform engineering practices.\nExperience partnering with product engineering teams to build, support, and continuously improve production environments.\nHands-on experience integrating and managing security tooling, including SIEM platforms, vulnerability scanners, and cloud security solutions.\nAbility to translate complex business challenges into scalable technical solutions, while clearly articulating business impact and value.\nStrong problem-solving mindset with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to overcoming technical challenges.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate across technical and non-technical audiences.\nExperience implementing and managing monitoring, observability, and telemetry platforms such as Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, or similar tools.\nDemonstrated ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve critical production issues in high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and focus.\nPassion for automation, operational excellence, reliability, and continuous improvement.\nComfortable deploying and managing a Kubernetes based environment\nComfortable with Helm and ArgoCD deployments\nEven Better if You Have:\nExperience with scaling AI solutions on Foundry or Bedrock in production\nHold yourself to high standards ensuring timely delivery of our CI/CD pipeline\nExude our ambitious, collaborative, and empathetic values\nA self-starter mindset with an eagerness to solve previously unsolved problems\nThe ability to effectively correspond between technical and non-technical audiences\nWhat Success Looks Like:\nYou are a highly motivated Platform Engineer who is excited to help shape and scale the foundation of our cloud infrastructure and platform capabilities.\nYou take ownership from concept to execution, leading initiatives that empower engineering teams to build, deploy, and operate software with confidence.\nYou have a passion for building highly scalable, reliable, and resilient systems, with a mindset focused on long-term sustainability and operational excellence.\nYou enjoy establishing engineering standards, best practices, and repeatable processes that create a consistent and efficient software development lifecycle.\nYou are energized by eliminating friction, improving developer productivity, and solving complex challenges that have a meaningful impact across the organization.\nYou thrive in fast-paced environments where innovation, continuous improvement, and tackling previously unsolved problems are part of the daily experience.\nYou are a natural collaborator who enjoys bringing together stakeholders across teams, aligning priorities, and driving solutions that achieve shared business outcomes.\nYou embrace ambiguity, act with urgency, and serve as a trusted technical partner who can navigate challenges and influence outcomes across the organization.\nInterview Policy & Privacy Notice:\nA video interview is required for this position.
