Clark, Inc.","domain":"ccclark.com","url":"https://alion.io/company/ccclark","size_band":null,"is_staffing_agency":false,"employer_type":"direct","is_intermediary":false,"listed_via":null,"ats_vendor":"Paylocity","truth_index":null},"role":"Operations","role_family":"Operations","seniority":"senior","employment_type":null,"work_mode":"on_site","remote_scope":null,"remote_scope_basis":null,"remote_working_hours":null,"hiring_geo_confidence":"structured","locations":["Canton, United States"],"countries":["US"],"hiring_countries":[],"hiring_countries_total":0,"salary":null,"salary_estimate":{"min_usd":78000,"max_usd":154000,"period":"year","method":"role_seniority_country_remote_cell","sample_n":2899},"experience_years_min":5,"visa_sponsorship":false,"relocation_package":false,"has_equity":false,"technologies":[{"name":"Outlook","optional":false}],"status":"live","first_seen_at":"2026-09-30T15:35:57Z","employer_posted_date":"2026-10-01","last_verified_at":"2026-10-12T19:58:08Z","board_verified":true,"closed_at":null,"days_open":12,"trust":{"level":"ok","repost_count":null,"flags":[],"days_open":12},"description":"Description\nSummary/Objective\nThe Facilities Technician is responsible for maintaining and improving the interior and exterior of all buildings as well as maintaining mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nUnderstand and follow all safety requirements (JSA, LOTO etc.). \nMaintain a clean and safe working environment (5S).\nPerform preventative maintenance and repairs on facility electrical, mechanical, and other facility installed equipment. \nPerform housekeeping functions and maintain the professional appearance of the property equipment, facilities, and grounds.\nFacilitate office support by responding to all office work order requests (assembling furniture, setting up office rooms for events, etc.).\nObserve and receive training, instruction, and guidance on various facility operations.\nOperate and maintain facility floor sweeper and scrubber.\nOperate and maintain facility shrink wrap baler. \nFollow CMMS work request systems (work orders, PMs, and installing QR codes on facility and warehouse assets).\nAdhere to all safety protocols while operating forklifts and handling products in the warehouse, including wearing proper PPE and following warehouse guidelines for safe material handling. \nPerform other facility duties as assigned.\nSome overtime work is required periodically. \nSupervisory Responsibilities\nN/A\nRequirements\nEducation and Experience\nValid driver’s license required. \nHigh school diploma or equivalent required. \nFive years of facility maintenance experience or building maintenance technology degree or related field required.\nFamiliarity with operating heavy equipment (e.g., forklifts, reach-lifts, man-lifts) required.\nKnowledge of HVAC Systems preferred. \nKnowledge of fire/security systems preferred. \nWelding/fabrication experience preferred. \nAdditional Qualifications and Competencies\nTime management and task tracking skills\nAbility to troubleshoot and problem-solve electrical, mechanical, and/or plumbing systems\nInterpersonal and written/verbal communication skills\nComputer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CMMS)\nExcellent attention to detail\nWork Environment\nThis position will be exposed to warehouse and outdoors conditions including all seasonal weather conditions, traffic noise, automotive fumes, and cramped quarters.
