{"id":2904630,"url":"https://alion.io/job/ccds-systems-engineer-endpoint-data-security","title":"Systems Engineer - Endpoint & Data Security","company":{"id":4451244,"name":"Cloud Consultancy","domain":"ccds.ws","url":"https://alion.io/company/ccds-ws","size_band":null,"is_staffing_agency":false,"employer_type":"direct","is_intermediary":false,"listed_via":null,"ats_vendor":"Workable","truth_index":null},"role":"Field & Service","role_family":"Field & Service","seniority":null,"employment_type":"full_time","work_mode":"on_site","remote_scope":null,"remote_scope_basis":null,"remote_working_hours":null,"hiring_geo_confidence":"explicit","locations":["Cairo, Egypt"],"countries":["EG"],"hiring_countries":[],"hiring_countries_total":0,"salary":null,"salary_estimate":{"min_usd":29000,"max_usd":60000,"period":"year","method":"role_country_seniority_unknown","sample_n":22},"experience_years_min":null,"visa_sponsorship":false,"relocation_package":false,"has_equity":false,"technologies":[{"name":"Active Directory","optional":false},{"name":"BeyondTrust","optional":false},{"name":"Delinea","optional":false},{"name":"DLP","optional":false},{"name":"Kaspersky","optional":false},{"name":"Linux","optional":false},{"name":"SentinelOne","optional":false},{"name":"SIEM","optional":false},{"name":"Trend Micro","optional":false},{"name":"VMWare","optional":false},{"name":"Windows Server","optional":false}],"status":"live","first_seen_at":"2026-10-13T00:00:00Z","employer_posted_date":"2026-10-13","last_verified_at":"2026-10-22T15:03:12Z","board_verified":true,"closed_at":null,"days_open":9,"trust":{"level":"ok","repost_count":null,"flags":[],"days_open":9},"description":"Description\nLocation: CCDS Egypt Office\nCloud Consultancy for Digitalization & Security (CCDS) is expanding its Application Security practice and seeking a technically strong, hands-on Systems Engineer to implement and support enterprise security solutions for clients across the Middle East.\nThis role is ideal for a professional who combines practical implementation experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work confidently with enterprise and government clients.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, deploy, configure, and optimize endpoint and data security solutions, including EDR/XDR, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Digital Rights Management (DRM), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM).\nConduct client discovery sessions and technical workshops to assess requirements and develop solution designs.\nDeliver implementations throughout the project lifecycle, including High-Level and Low-Level Design (HLD/LLD), installation, policy configuration, integration, testing, and technical handover.\nIntegrate security platforms with Active Directory, SIEM, email systems, and existing infrastructure.\nDiagnose and resolve technical issues, conduct health checks, and provide post-deployment support.\nPrepare technical documentation, implementation guides, operational runbooks, and knowledge-transfer materials.\nSupport presales activities through proofs of concept (PoCs), product demonstrations, and technical contributions to proposals.\nHelp clients align solution configurations and controls with applicable requirements, including Saudi Arabia’s NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls (ECC).\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications & Experience\nAt least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally 3-5 years, in systems engineering, cybersecurity implementation, or security professional services.\nDemonstrated hands-on experience deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting one or more EDR/XDR, DLP, DRM, MFA, and EPM solutions.\nStrong understanding of endpoint protection, data security, security policies, and enterprise deployment architectures.\nSolid technical knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux, and networking fundamentals.\nFamiliarity with virtualization platforms such as VMware, Nutanix, and equivalent technologies.\nAbility to translate business and technical requirements into practical configurations and implementation plans.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to manage technical issues through resolution.\nClear communication and documentation skills, and confidence delivering client workshops and knowledge-transfer sessions.\nAbility to collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and client stakeholders.\nPreferred Technology Experience\nExperience with the following platforms will be considered an advantage; experience across the entire portfolio is not required.\nEDR/XDR: SentinelOne, Kaspersky, Trend Micro.\nDLP & Data Security: Symantec, GTB Technologies, Fortra, Cyberhaven.\nData-Centric Security & DRM: Seclore.\n Identity & Access Management: miniOrange (MFA/SSO), Saviynt, One Identity.\n Privileged Access Management (PAM): Delinea, BeyondTrust.\nFile Integrity Monitoring: Fortra.\nSecure File Sharing: Kiteworks.\n Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI): Citrix.\nRelevant vendor certifications are highly valued.
