This position will analyze financials, utilization, and other project indicators, providing concise reporting to management, project teams, and stakeholders. The incumbent in this position must be very detail orientated and possess strong communication skills as regular/accurate reporting to Project Managers and Clients is a key responsibility of this position. \n\nAccountabilities:\nMonitoring and reporting on project status, budgets, costs and progress\nForecasting and earned value analysis\nActive participant in change management process including identifying projects with overruns, cost analysis, preparation and follow-up of change orders\nLiaise with Accounting to ensure appropriate project setup, costings/coding and billing details\nManages project-related financial inquiries and provides appropriate responses in a timely manner\nPrepares detailed analysis or review of aspects of the project as may be required\nProviding project controls support to Project Manager, functional leads and the project management team as required\nLiaising between project operations and corporate controls under minimal supervision and organize field processes to support project controls activities\nGathering information and submitting project reports for internal review and for distribution to clients, including but not limited to: daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports\nEnsure project performance metrics are established and tracked\nAttending and participate in project and stakeholder meetings and document/distribute meeting minutes\nProject planning and scheduling, including coordinating schedule updates as required\nTracking, management and analysis of internal and external costs\nChange management, including setup and support for processes and systems\nCommitment to continuously improving project control related activities \nOther duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications:\nPost-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field of work\n4+ years of project controls related experience in the oil and gas, pipeline construction or infrastructure industries.\nSound working knowledge of Accounting Programs, Microsoft Projects, P6 and Excel.\nKnowledge of SAP and experience using S4 Hana Cloud\nAble to develop and manage spreadsheets, project schedules and summary reports.\nAptitude for planning, analysis, and problem solving.\nAble to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nOutstanding attention to detail and quality of work.\n\nNature of Work\nOffice and computer work\n\nWhy Join Us\nBe part of a transformative initiative that enhances project delivery success across multiple disciplines.\nWork with a dedicated team of professionals in a collaborative environment.\nAccess resources and training programs to continuously advance your career.\nContribute to projects that align with CCI’s mission of commitment, collaboration, and innovation.\n\nBenefits\nCCI has competitive industry, extended health benefits and RRSP plans.\nHealth and Wellness Spending account.\nCCI supports our employees with professional development opportunities and payment of professional dues;
