Coordinates with sales team members to understand customers’ unique needs and potential sales opportunities. Duties may include order processing/entry, record keeping, response to customer inquiries, and other related metrics.\nWork is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience.\nEssential functions\nProvides administrative and logistical support to the sales team and other members of the organization as assigned\nGenerates and updates sales quotes\nPerforms order entry and modification\nGenerates reports as required and on request\nMaintains Backlog and Backlog review for assigned customers \nProvides prompt communication response for both internal and customer inquiries or requests \nInteracts with customers, sales, finance, management, and other internal personnel as needed\nHandles customer concerns that are simple to moderate in complexity\nProactively builds trust in internal and external relationships. Can effectively communicate within all levels with the company, customers, and vendors\nProactively assists other team members when the business requires additional resources\nComplies with all policies and procedures pertaining to the protection of the Company’s Information Assets, Security and Systems and that of its clients.\nAdheres to the company’s quality commitment to its customers\nPerforms all other duties assigned\nRequirements\nRequirements:\nAt least one (1) year of general work experience, preferably in an office setting.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables)\nDetail oriented, quick learner, good communicator, and takes instructions well\nAmbitious, business-minded, organized, proactive individual that can operate independently\nComfortable with technology, open to learning, capable of excelling in a fast-paced environment\nWork environment\nOnsite Office\nTravel requirements\nPotential for minor travel\nWork authorization/security clearance requirements\nMust be authorized to work in the US, CCI does not currently sponsor Visas\nComments\nPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
