This gives our people flexibility while maintaining the collaboration, connection and shared sense of purpose that come from working together in person.\n Background\nThe Client Services Administrator (AML) plays a key role within the Client Services function, supporting the firm's regulatory and operational obligations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and client administration activities. The role contributes to the delivery of a high-quality client experience by ensuring that client onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and remediation activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.\nReporting to the Client Services Manager, the successful candidate will work closely with Compliance, Client Services, our outsourced Transfer Agency team, and external clients to maintain robust AML controls and support the firm's commitment to excellent client service. This role provides an opportunity to develop specialist knowledge in financial crime prevention, regulatory compliance, and client servicing within a regulated investment management environment.\nWe have 3 x 12 month fixed term contracts available currently.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnti-Money Laundering & Customer Due Diligence\nConduct AML and Customer Due Diligence reviews in accordance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.\nLiaise directly with clients to obtain information and documentation required to complete AML risk assessments and ongoing due diligence reviews for our High, Medium and Low Risk clients.\nPerform remediation activities, including contacting clients to obtain outstanding information and resolve data gaps.\nComplete PEP (Politically Exposed Person), RCA (Relative or Close Associate), SIP and SIE risk assessments, escalating cases to Compliance for review and approval where required.\nReview screening alerts and results generated through screening systems and third-party providers, documenting rationale and escalating concerns appropriately.\nMaintain accurate AML records and audit trails to evidence checks completed and decisions taken.\nSupport the monitoring and maintenance of AML risk assessment registers, spreadsheets, and client records.\nProduce and provide management information relating to screening alerts and AML activity on a regular basis.\nEscalate unusual, suspicious, or non-compliant matters to Compliance in accordance with established procedures.\nClient Service & Administration\nDeliver a high standard of service to clients, prospective clients, and internal stakeholders.\nRespond to client telephone and written enquiries in a professional, timely, and effective manner.\nReview and issue standard and non-standard client communications, ensuring accuracy and appropriateness.\nManage correspondence, including maintaining diaries and following up on outstanding responses.\nMaintain effective working relationships with operational and transfer agency teams to support client servicing activities.\nEnsure client records and documentation are maintained accurately and in line with regulatory requirements.\nOperational Support\nSupport departmental projects and initiatives as required.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and client service standards.\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, company products, and internal systems.\nDesired Skills / Experience\nEssential\nExperience in an AML, KYC, Customer Due Diligence, Client Services, or Operations role within financial services.\nExperience conducting PEP, RCA, customer risk assessments, and remediation activities.\nFamiliarity with electronic screening and verification systems.\nWorking knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering regulations and financial crime prevention requirements.\nUnderstanding of FCA regulatory requirements and expectations\nStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong organisational and administrative skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external clients.\nCompetent user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.\nDesirable\nKnowledge of investment management, asset management, or wealth management.\nKnowledge of charity, trustee, or institutional investor sectors.\nAwareness of the characteristics of major asset classes and their suitability for different investor types.\nExperience working with management information and regulatory reporting.\nAdditional Role Details\nThis role is subject to the Conduct Rules set by the FCA.\n\nDon’t meet every requirement?
