The role brings key development skills in-house to reduce our dependence on 3rd party support.\nKey Accountabilities:\nDevelop and maintain Epicor customizations (BPMs, Functions, BAQs, dashboards, reports).\nBuild and support integrations between Epicor and other systems. \nDeploy changes from Test to Production and document them. · Provide level 2 and 3 support on applications and integrations.\nContribute to ERP projects and upgrades.\nKey Position Characteristics:\nDelivers and supports the customizations and integrations that daily operations rely on, in North America and Europe.\nWorks daily with business analysts and users to turn requirements into solutions.\nExchanges information with consultants, Epicor support and integration partners.\nIdentify and fix complex issues at their root cause. \nPropose simple, standard solutions before custom code.\nIndividual contributor. \nWorks with business analysts, developers and business leads on projects and issue resolution. \nShares knowledge and documents their work.\nTechnical / Professional Skills, Expertise and Qualifications\nUniversity degree in computer science or equivalent experience.\nAt least 5 years’ experience in application development, ideally on an ERP.\nGood communication, analysis and problem-solving skills.\nBilingual (English & French).\nBased in Montréal, with global responsibilities (North America and Europe).\nRequired Competencies\nTechnical expertise (required)\nERP development experience (Epicor preferred).\nC# / .NET and SQL Server.\nIntegrations using REST APIs, JSON or XML.\nGeneral knowledge of sales, purchasing, inventory, distribution and accounting processes.\nAssets\nEpicor Kinetic: BPM, Epicor Functions, Application Studio, SSRS.\nMiddleware or EDI (Mulesoft, X12, EDIFACT).\nGit, Jira or similar tools.\nGood communicator -
