The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Dynamics CE, Power Platform, and integration patterns, with a strong understanding of end-to-end solution design and development. This role requires close collaboration with functional and technical teams, partners, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions that align with business objectives.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Serve as the Technical Architect for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation within the M2O program.\n\n- Provide technical expertise across CRM solution design, development, integration, and deployment.\n\n- Collaborate with functional teams during workshops to perform gap analysis and support solution design aligned with business needs.\n\n- Contribute to full lifecycle D365 CRM implementations, from discovery to go-live and support.\n\n- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with overall M2O IT strategy and roadmap.\n\n- Validate requirements and proposed solutions from partners, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.\n\n- Design and implement scalable, maintainable solutions using Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Azure services.\n\n- Ensure seamless integration with other enterprise applications, adhering to architectural best practices.\n\n- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and prioritize deliverables in a dynamic, Agile environment.\n\n- Ensure proper governance and management of CRM environments, including solution deployment and configuration.\n\n- Support data migration planning and execution using appropriate tools and strategies.\n\n- Lead efforts for test automation, ensuring system quality and minimizing manual testing efforts.\n\n- Promote continuous improvement, agile/lean delivery, and DevOps practices across the delivery lifecycle.\n\n- Contribute to the definition and evolution of the overall M2O IT roadmap.\n\n- Demonstrate leadership and stakeholder alignment skills to drive clarity, decision-making, and delivery success.\n\nReports to :\n\nSolution Architect\n\nAcademic Qualifications / Professional Experience :\n\n- A bachelors in computer science or a related field of study.\n\n- Min. 5 years experience in MS Dynamics implementation ideally in food/beverages industry.\n\n- Experience in large-scale CRM implementation projects.\n\n- Familiar with SDLC (Requirement gathering, Solution Design, Build, Test, Deploy).\n\nAdvantages Abilities :\n\n- Experience in CPG industry preferred.\n\n- Microsoft certifications would be preferred.\n\nTechnical Skills & Experience :\n\n- 8+ years of experience in technical roles delivering enterprise-level CRM solutions, preferably Dynamics 365.\n\n- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service, Marketing) modules and Dynamics Commerce.\n\n- Hands-on experience with CRM customization and configuration: entities, forms, views, fields, business rules, BPF, JavaScript, workflows, plugins, actions, solution management, etc.\n\n- Experience with Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.\n\n- Experience with CRM Portals (Power Pages), including entity forms, web pages, and entity lists.\n\n- Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, Function Apps, and cloud-native integration approaches.\n\n- Deep understanding of the CRM security model: roles, teams, business units, etc.\n\n- Strong understanding of solution deployment, ALM practices, and environment strategy.\n\n- Experience with data migration tools and practices in Dynamics CRM.\n\n- Exposure to automation testing in Dynamics 365 projects.\n\n- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).\n\n- Preferred: experience working in or with a Dynamics CoE (Center of Excellence).\n\nBehavioral Competencies :\n\n- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\n-
