You will be involved with mentoring other team members and helping with identifying process improvements for the team.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nPartners with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, define solutions and deliver quality software through all phases of the development lifecycle.\nEvaluates proposed solutions and technical approaches for feasibility, weighing requirements, constraints and long-term maintainability.\nLeads independently and completes all assigned tasks correctly and efficiently. \nWorks with Architects on technical designs. \nEnsures code functions according to specifications and their work is completed within the allotted time frame and with high quality. \nProvides direction to other team members by being available to answer questions and perform code reviews. \nShows direction in improving coding standards and product lines by suggesting new ideas and methods which to incorporate into our existing procedures. \nRequires the ability to work well with others in and out of the scrum team. \nEnsures goals of the team are being met by reporting any issues that hinder productivity or stability of the product. \nPerforms other job-related duties as assigned.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS: \nProficient in C# and .NET development.\nExperience with Microsoft SQL.\nExperience in JavaScript frameworks such as Angular. \nExperience designing and integrating APIs.\nHigh Availability techniques in a database or applicable software environment. \nExperience with Azure cloud services.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills;
