This role serves as the central point of contact for job site communication, scheduling, parts coordination, and warranty processing. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in SAP and Salesforce systems.\nResponsibilities\nKey Responsibilities\nManage all email communications related to assigned job sites, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses.\nCoordinate scheduling of commissioning engineers to meet project timelines.\nTrack and manage parts ordering, delivery status, and allocation to job sites.\nMonitor and support warranty processes, including documentation, claims tracking, and communication with stakeholders.\nMaintain accurate records of job status and service activity within Salesforce.\nServe as a liaison between field teams, customers, and internal departments.\nIdentify and escalate risks or delays that may impact job execution.\nEnsure all documentation and updates follow company standards.\nKey Competencies\nOrganization and time management\nCommunication and coordination\nProblem-solving and prioritization\nData Analytics and Reporting\nProcess adherence and accountability\nCustomer and service-focused mindset\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis tools.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in field service coordination, HVAC/Refrigeration, or technical service environments.\nFamiliarity with parts logistics, scheduling, and warranty processes.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.\nExperience with SAP and Salesforce in an operational or service coordination capacity.\nSalary Range: $70,000 -
