activities.\nMaintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.\nEnsure all documentation, testing, and quality standards are completed for 100% project completion prior to handover.\nFacilitate smooth handover to Service & Aftermarket teams, ensuring full project closeout and client satisfaction.\nQualifications\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s/MSc degree in Engineering or related field.\nProven experience within refrigeration, HVAC, or cooling technology.\nStrong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets, timelines, and customer expectations.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills\nPersonal Attributes:\nStructured, organized, and detail oriented.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving mindset.\nResults-driven with focus on deadlines, quality, and profitability.\nClear and confident communicator across all levels.\nProactive, solution-oriented, and accountable.\nCalm under pressure
