Met 200 collega’s werken we vanuit onze vestigingen in Nieuwegein (NL) en Herentals (BE) dagelijks aan innovatieve en duurzame koeloplossingen.\nIn deze functie stuur je de monteurs via jouw planning zodanig aan, dat zij kunnen zorgen voor een optimale dienstverlening aan onze klanten.\nResponsibilities\nDe afdeling Service is verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en het oplossen van storingen aan de koeltechnische installaties in de retail.\nAls Planner stuur je op een goede en efficiënte wijze de monteurs in jouw regio aan, waarbij er aandacht is voor de dagelijkse storingen en de contractuele verplichtingen die gepland moeten worden. Je bent een echte ‘spin in het web’ maar ook via de telefoon hét visitekaartje van CCR.\nJe schakelt met de klant en voorziet in de vraag door op adequate wijze een monteur aan te sturen op een storing.
