CCRM is currently comprised of eleven locations spanning the U.S and Canada with growth planned for continued network development on a domestic and international basis.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nPreparation of hot and cold beverages.\nPreparation of prepared food for re-sale.\nAccurate cash handling and money exchange for the customer.\nAccurate reconciliation of all cash and money at the end of each day.\nTimely opening and closing of kiosk, as scheduled.\nCleaning and sanitation of kiosk area and equipment, as required.\nConsistent and timely attendance.\nProvide excellent customer service on a daily basis.\nTimely attention to customers who need service.\nAttention to inventory supplies on hand and re-order/purchase of supplies in a timely manner.\nMaintain a positive and respectful relationship with patients, staff and physicians.\nMaintain professional demeanor and dress when at work.\nDemonstrate ability to handle stress under pressure.\nDemonstrate the ability to learn and use technical equipment (espresso machine, etc.).\nMaintain a clean, healthy, and safe work environment.\nDemonstrate the ability to coordinate multiple activities while paying attention to detail and accuracy.\nDemonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.\nParticipate in scheduled meetings and training as requested.\nSupport the goals of the organization.\nOther duties as assigned.\nFLSA Status\nNon-Exempt (hourly)\nPay Range\n$17.00-$21.00/hr\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATITONS\nNo license required.\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\nSome college or other related experience preferred.\nPrevious barista/kiosk experience preferred.\nMust be able to accurately exchange money with customers. \nMust be able to accurately reconcile all cash and money at the end of the business day.\nStrong computer skills, ability to use basic office equipment. \nStrong ability to follow procedures and protocols is essential.\nMust be organized with a strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, have strong attention to detail, and a strong ability to utilize time efficiently.\nMust have a strong ability to act independently as well as be able to work effectively in a team.\nMust have excellent customer service skills, exhibiting courteous, compassionate, and respectful treatment of internal and external customers at all times. \nMust consistently display a positive attitude and flexibility in changing situations.\nMust have excellent communication skills and make it a priority to consistently communicate positively and professionally with all staff members, physicians and patients.\nMust demonstrate the ability to be a team player and possess a willingness to perform duties that are assigned or delegated in a timely manner.\nParticipate in identifying problems and suggesting solutions.\nMaintain confidentiality of all work information.\nMaintain strict confidentiality for all patient and clinic information, consistent with established security and confidentiality policies and HIPAA regulation at all times. \nUnderstand and assess for domestic violence and child abuse issues and reporting responsibilities. Will report concerns to Medical Director or Executive Director.\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\nThis job operates in a professional office and clinical setting with frequent use of medical instrumentation and equipment, supplies and materials. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, including computer keyboards and mice; telephones, photocopiers, scanners, and filing cabinets.\nThe duties of this position involve occasionally exerting 75 pounds of force, and/or up to 35 pounds of force frequently.\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, see, and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; will occasionally sit and/or walk; use hands and fingers to grasp, pick, pinch, type; and reach with arms and hands.
