Process & Quality: Drive Agile/Scrum practices with focus on predictable, high-quality releases. Maintain robust documentation - architecture diagrams, design specs, and deployment guides. Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment readiness.\nRequirements Required Skills & Experience 8-10 years of full stack development experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. Expertise in: Frontend: React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 Backend: Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, Microservices Database: MongoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL Experience with Docker, Git, Jenkins, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure). Strong understanding of Agile delivery, system architecture, and performance optimization. Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred\nQualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Experience in enterprise software or SaaS application development. Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSockets, or TypeScript-based backend frameworks.
