The Specialist role is part of a larger Marketing and Communications Team that services all ministries of CCV, and which is ultimately responsible for amplifying the voice and presentation of the church to the Valley at large.\n Essential Job Functions\nOversee ministry calendars to anticipate and equip upcoming events and initiatives \nFacebook, IG, TikTok, YouTube planning, execution and analysis \nDevelop PESO tactics to amplify church happenings (Paid, Earned, Shared, Owned channels) \nDelegation and project management of self (Monday.com) and of creative teams \nCopywriting, content capture (photo and video), edits and graphic design \nCreate weekend graphics to support the sermon and takeaways from the message \nFlexibility and innovation within a nimble team \nLeadership and ability to coach volunteers on marketing executions \nCommunity management, post scheduling and conflict resolution \nLive event and behind-the-scenes storytelling \n Character & Chemistry\nA passion for reaching the lost \nPersonal integrity in all areas of life \nMust be - or willing to become - a participating member of CCV \nRegularly attends worship services with their family \nIs an active participant in a neighborhood group, a transformation group and is a regular tither \nCompetency\nCreative Skills - proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, video editing, and graphic design. Ability to innovate social media video series, trends, and effectively communicate information. \nInterpersonal Skills - relates well to all kinds of people and builds effective relationships, communicates effectively both interpersonally and corporately. \nLeadership Skills - the ability to build an effective team, continually communicate vision and purpose effectively, the ability to steadfastly push self and others to produce results. \nCustomer Focus - is dedicated to meeting the expectations of our attendees, their families and the coaches and team members we work with daily. \nDrive for Results - steadfastly pushes self and others for results.
