is seeking a dedicated Seasonal Receiving & Inventory Coordinatorto serve in our shipping and receiving area. \nWhat you'll do\nReceive and process merchandise promptly to ensure client satisfaction and meet delivery deadlines.\nLog and open packages following company procedures.\nVerify, inspect, and identify merchandise against vendor invoices.\nCreate detailed descriptions of merchandise in the point-of-sale system.\nGenerate merchandise tags.\nPhotograph received merchandise for the point-of-sale system.\nCollaborate closely with Sales Professionals and Vendors to complete jewelry orders and returns.\nRespond to email inquiries from staff and vendors.\nAssist with company inventory tasks, including counting, scanning, and verifying.\nFile and maintain merchandise intake information and paperwork.\nCreate case assignments for the Receiving area and Headquarters.\nProactively review in-progress inventory, follow up with contacts, and create action plans for distribution.\nProvide event support and administrative facilitation, including linking sold items to vendors at events and streamlining the process for store staff.\nIdentify and report process issues or unusual items to appropriate leaders to develop solutions.\nQualifications\nMust consistently reflect professionalism, honesty, and integrity.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nPrevious work experience in receiving, inventory, and/or shipping functions in a retail environment.\nProficiency in computer usage and office equipment, including Microsoft Office, Adobe, and web browsers.\nFamiliarity with USPS and other common carriers.\nKnowledge of a jewelry point-of-sale system.\nAbility to multitask and problem-solve effectively.\nExcellent communication skills.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.\nCapability to balance tasks such as climbing, kneeling, bending, stooping, and reaching for objects at or above floor level.\nThis position usually covers normal business hours but may require working occasional evenings, weekends, and
