You'll develop innovative features and work closely with gameplay and quest designers, engineers, and other specialists to build the tech that drives our games.\nDaily Responsibilities\nBuilding and leading a team responsible for designing, implementing, optimizing, and maintaining gameplay systems tech such as 3C, Combat, Navigation, NPCs and Open world.\nCollaborating with game designers, animators, writers and other specialists.\nPartnering with design, QA, production, and other teams to define technical scope, timelines, and priorities.\nDebugging, profiling, and resolving technical challenges across large-scale systems.\nConducting code reviews and maintaining clean, modular, and maintainable code.\nDefining and documenting technical standards.\nCollaborating on rapid prototyping, R&D, and testing new technologies and ideas.\n 7+ years of experience in developing gameplay systems in AA/AAA projects.\nProven experience leading a development team.\nExperience in successfully shipping at least one game.\nExpertise in C++ coding principles and practices.\nNice to have is experience in Unreal Engine 4 or 5.\nStrong communication and team leadership skills.\nExperience in risk management and team development.\nValue openness, constructive feedback sharing, and respectful dialogue.\nBring perspective while remaining collaborative.\nPassion for professional growth and staying updated on industry trends.\nFluent in English (written and spoken).\nFamiliarity with agile ways of working.\nWe appreciate curiosity, adaptability, and team spirit!\n Working mode\nIn-office full-time capacity from Warsaw.\nRelocation Support\nRelocation package - flight ticket, company apartment for your first month, relocating your pet and family, shipping your belongings.
