In this role, you will help shape the motion design language across our trailers, promotional videos, and various marketing assets for our games and franchises.\nWorking alongside our Team Lead, Motion Designers, Graphic Designers, and Video Editors, you’ll collaborate to create high-impact promotional media that resonates with players. As a senior team member, you’ll apply your motion design expertise to build engaging visual narratives that support and elevate our IPs globally.\nResponsibilities\n2D & 3D Motion Design: End-to-end creation of high-quality 2D and 3D animations tailored to specific project goals.\n\nLook Development & Conceptualization: Develop style frames, storyboards, and look-dev treatments to help define visual direction for more complex, high-stakes projects.\n\nGlobal Versioning & Localization: Build flexible animation templates and design systems capable of scaling across multiple languages, complex typography formats, and varied aspect ratios.\n\nTeam Culture & Mentorship: Champion a collaborative, positive, and inclusive creative environment where team members feel supported and valued.\n\n 8+ years of experience in the motion design field.\n\nAdvanced mastery of After Effects with additional knowledge of 3rd party plugins from Maxon Suite.\n\nKnowledge of 3D software (such as Cinema 4D, Blender or Maya), including rendering (Octane, Redshift), texturing, and lighting.\n\nStrong foundation in graphic design, layout, composition, color theory, and typography using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator).\n\nProven ability to create storyboards, style frames, and visual look-dev treatments to help define campaign directions early on.\n\nExperience in color correction, VFX and post production.\n\nExperience setting up scalable project files, modular templates, and typography systems tailored for multi-language global releases across various aspect ratios.\n\nDeep understanding of game dev marketing formats (gameplay trailers, social teasers, localized ads) and how to maintain visual consistency across distinct gaming franchises.\n\nAbility to manage time across fast-paced production cycles while prioritizing quality and technical precision.\n\nNice to have\nAE Scripting & Automation: Ability to write custom ExtendScript/JavaScript or use Expressions in After Effects to automate repetitive versioning tasks, optimize workflows, and speed up multi-language localizations.\n\nUsing AI tools to optimize workflows\n\n Working mode\nOffice-First - Working primarily from the Warsaw for a minimum of 10 days per month.\nRemote-First - Working remotely from any location +/- 3 hours away from Warsaw.\nRelocation Support\nRelocation package - flight ticket, company apartment for your first month, relocating your pet and family, shipping your belongings.
