Explore our social media and check out our YouTube channel and Beyond the Game Blog where we share behind-the-scenes insights and stories direct from our team members!\n CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a Senior Audio Design QA Analyst to take ownership of quality across key areas of our game audio experience.\nIn this role, you will work closely with Sound Design, Music and other Audio teams throughout development, helping define the quality bar, identify risks and ensure that audio supports gameplay, storytelling and the intended creative experience. You will combine a highly developed critical ear with strong QA expertise and a practical understanding of interactive audio implementation.\nAs a Senior, you will go beyond identifying individual issues. You will drive complex audio quality topics to completion, establish effective testing approaches, provide informed quality recommendations, improve our QA practices and support the development of other team members.\nResponsibilities\nTake end-to-end responsibility for complex audio features, from early development through final release.\nDefine test plans, coverage, and quality benchmarks across all audio domains (SFX, music, dialogue, ambience, systems, mix).\nAssess audio for both technical functionality and creative goals, prioritizing gameplay readability, immersion, and emotional impact.\nDiagnose complex issues across assets, logic, and systems using Wwise, Unreal Engine, and Blueprints.\nPartner with sound/music designers and programmers to communicate risks, offer feedback, and drive solutions.\nLead testing efforts for major audio features, establishing priorities, validation approaches, and dedicated test environments.\nProvide data-driven quality recommendations and highlight critical blockers requiring pre-release fixes.\nIdentify inefficiencies in audio QA processes and drive improvements to testing methodologies and tools.\nElevate bug reporting quality, maintain documentation, and mentor junior team members on audio testing practices.\nResearch advances in interactive audio and modern QA practices to continually refine evaluation methods.\n 5+ years of professional experience in game QA, audio, or a relevant development discipline, with a track record of owning quality for complex systems throughout the production cycle.\nCritical listening skills to evaluate audio beyond basic functionality, ensuring consistency, balance, creative intent, and alignment with the player experience.\nDeep understanding of interactive game audio systems, including sound effects, ambience, music, and dialogue, and how they interact during gameplay.\nProficiency in Wwise (or comparable middleware) and modern game engines like Unreal Engine, with the ability to investigate implementation-related audio issues.\nExperience creating and maintaining robust test strategies, test plans, and structured coverage for complex features.\nAbility to assess quality risks and player impact, prioritize issues effectively, and communicate clear recommendations.\nAbility to provide detailed, constructive, and actionable feedback to both creative and technical specialists.\nExperience improving QA workflows, testing approaches, and mentoring less experienced team members.\nStrong spoken and written English.\nNice to have\nProfessional background in Sound Design, Technical Sound Design, or Audio Implementation, with experience shipping at least one PC or console title.\nStrong command of audio production fundamentals, including mixing, dynamics, and signal flow.\nExperience with standard DAWs like Reaper or Pro Tools.\nExpertise in 3D/spatial audio systems and testing complex interactive audio (music, dialogue, ambience).\nExperience with accessibility and gameplay readability considerations, as well as evaluating audio across diverse hardware and playback environments.\nProven ability to coordinate testing with external QA teams and build custom test maps or debug tools for audio validation.\n Working mode\nOffice-First: working primarily from the Warsaw studio in a full time or hybrid mode.\nRelocation Support\nRelocation package - flight ticket, company apartment for your first month, relocating your pet, shipping your belongings - it’s all covered. \nRelocation assistance - processing your legalization operations for you, assistance with finding residence, tax settlements - all you need to feel right at home is taken care of.\nPolish lessons for foreign employees - and for your spouse or partner, too.\nHealth & Well-Being\nPrivate medical healthcare - a selection of medical plans with dental care and unlimited rehabilitation to choose from, which are also accessible for your partner and relatives.\nLife insurance - comprehensive pension and insurance plans to protect you and your loved ones.\nAnnual screenings for cancer prevention covered by the company.\nPsychological and psychiatrist care - free mental health support and various well-being initiatives.\nSports card - gain access to a wide number of sporting and fitness facilities across the city.\nMenstrual leave - employees who menstruate can take one extra day off when experiencing period pain.\nRED Parents Network - support for working parents, including childcare benefits, and family-friendly events.\nRED Summer Camp for Kids - a fun summer program for children aged 5-12, majoritively paid by the company.\nPerks & Professional Growth\nA welcome pack filled with goodies - to help you feel right at home once you join the team.\nTrainings, lectures, and courses - workshops and trainings for each employee, knowledge-sharing initiatives, online tutorials, and e-learning classes are all available.
