The Associate Service Technician role is designed to uphold the highest standards of operational excellence and to ensure the continued customer satisfaction and data centre uptime we are known for. This role encompasses supporting customers, maintenance and monitoring activities, and is a key role in CDC’s career pathways initiative with investment in learning and development opportunities, as we empower our teams for future growth.\nOther responsibilities include:\nSupport and engage with Customers, Service Technicians and contractors undertaking support activities and overseeing maintenance works.\nMonitor critical infrastructure to ensure continuity of services and no disruption to client’s or business operations.\nUtilise electronic monitoring systems to proactively oversee and monitor site conditions.\nRespond to customer requests and critical events swiftly, \nEnsure personnel are performing activities safely and in accordance with CDC’s processes and procedures. \nProvide timely reporting of events, and support restoration to normal operations.\nWhat’s in it for you:\nCDC offers excellent employment conditions and benefits such as:\nCDC Academy -Mark your mark by enhancing your professional development with the CDC Academy.
