This is a site-based role focused on planned works, maintenance, site logistics, and overall reliability during business hours.\nYou’ll play a key role in delivering technical facilities management - coordinating maintenance, managing site operations, and responding to incidents to keep our environments safe, secure, and always on.\nIf you’ve worked in electrical, HVAC, or industrial environments, much of this will feel familiar. The difference is the scale, the environment, and the opportunity to step into a stable, high-growth industry.\nYou’ll be part of CDC’s Operations team - on the ground every day, working closely together to deliver a strong customer experience and keep our facilities running at their best.\nWhat you’ll be doing day-to-day:\nMonitoring and responding to alarms and alerts across power, cooling, and fire systems\nPerforming physical inspections to ensure equipment and infrastructure are operating within defined parameters\nResponding to faults and incidents, prioritising actions, and determining when escalation or contractor support is required\nCarrying out operational switching and control activities to prevent unplanned outages\nSupporting planned maintenance and monitoring contractors on site, ensuring strict adherence to safety procedures and approved methods of operation\nDocumenting incidents, maintenance activities, and observations to support continuous improvement\nBenefits, Training and Offerings:\nOur training program provides tailored content through our CDC Academy, specifically designed for individuals starting out in this role.
