Together, we configure the landscape to meet the security, reliability, connectivity and sustainability needs for today and tomorrow.\nAbout the role:\nWe are looking for an ambitious ICT Leader to lead our team of Systems/Network Administrators based across NSW, ACT and VIC who are accountable for the security, reliability and efficiency of CDC's technology environments. This team plays a critical role in ensuring the availability, resilience and performance of critical IT and Operational Technology (OT) services that support CDC's business, facilities and customers. The incumbent will primarily be responsible for optimising our BAU systems, processes and technologists through effective management of vendor contracts, ICT assets, and process improvement whilst maintaining appropriate operational controls.\nKey responsibilities include:\nOwn the reliable, secure 24/7 operation, monitoring and assurance of IT and OT infrastructure, platforms and the network fabric. \nEnsure availability, performance and recoverability targets are met for both corporate IT and mission-critical OT. \nAct as a senior escalation point for major infrastructure, network and OT incidents. \nOwn incident, problem and change management for infrastructure operations, aligned to ITIL best practice.\nDevelop, deliver and maintain distinct and coherent operating standards, risk appetites and change controls for IT and OT, recognising the safety- and availability-critical nature of OT.\nPrioritise OT safety and stability in change and maintenance decisions and enforce segmentation between IT and OT networks in operation.\nProvide clear leadership to the operations team; build capability, accountability and a culture of continuous improvement, safety and customer focus.\nManage operational vendors and service providers and the associated support and contractual relationships. \nAbout You:\nSignificant (10y+) experience operating IT and OT infrastructure at scale, including demonstrated leadership of 24/7 operations teams. \nDeep understanding of compute, storage, networking, virtualisation and OS layers in a live production environment. \nHands-on experience operating OT / critical-infrastructure environments - BMS, EMS, Security, SCADA or DCIM (or equivalent) - essential. \nProven ownership of incident, problem and change management and service assurance, aligned to ITIL. \nManagement level experience running monitoring, alerting and NOC functions across a multi site environment. \nAustralian citizen with the ability to obtain, an NV1 Security Clearance\nHow to Apply:\nIf you're looking to be part of Australia and New Zealand's leading large-scale data centre innovator, submit your resume and cover letter by clicking Apply.\nWe are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where all individuals are valued and respected.
