Duties & Responsibilities/ Job Description Analyze customer business processes and technical requirements. Design and propose GIS-based solutions for utility organizations. Prepare technical proposals, solution architectures, and implementation approaches. Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and technical presentations. Support RFP/RFQ responses and participate in technical discussions with customers. Collaborate with sales teams to develop winning solution strategies. Participate in the implementation of enterprise GIS solutions for utility customers. Configure, customize, and test GIS applications according to project requirements. Perform business process analysis and functional requirement gathering. Support data migration, system integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities. Deliver user training and technical workshops. Provide post-implementation support and technical consulting. Work with regional and international teams on cross-country projects.
