Develop and control project scope, schedules, milestones, resources, quality standards, and SLA commitments. Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes, including the preparation of appropriate mitigation plans. Monitor project performance and support team members to achieve project objectives according to the agreed plan. Coordinate with customers, developers, technical teams, service providers, and relevant internal stakeholders. Facilitate project meetings, follow up on action items, and drive issue resolution within the required timeline. Prepare and present regular project status reports covering progress, risks, issues, and key decisions. Provide accurate project information to support planning, management decisions, and problem resolution.
