You will ensure payments are seamless, settlements are accurate, and our payments ecosystem drives both customer trust and business growth.\n\nJob responsibilities:\n\nDesign and manage on the payment acceptance strategy and roadmap across taxi and private hire, including in-app cards, digital wallets and in-car terminals.\nManage acquirer, payment gateway, and PSP integrations; drive authorization rates, payment success, and cost of acceptance.\nResponsible for payment security and risk features, including tokenization, 3DS, and fraud controls.\nResponsible for corporate payment products, including corporate accounts, credit terms, invoicing, statements, corporate cards, and eGIRO.\nImprove billing accuracy and collections, reducing the time from trip to invoice to cash.\nPartner with sales and account management to translate corporate client needs into payment and billing requirements.\nIn Charge of reconciliation from trip to payment, acquirer settlement, driver payout, and finance ledger.\nDesign exception handling for failed, missing, or duplicate charges, refunds, chargebacks, and disputes.\nManage driver settlement and payout processes, including fees, commissions, and adjustments.\nManage internal payment operations tooling, dashboards, and workflows; automate manual finance and operations processes.\nResponsible for payment compliance for the product domain, including PCI DSS audits, evidence ownership, and remediation tracking.\nSupport risk and control processes to ensure payment flows meet regulatory and audit requirements.\nLead and develop a team of product managers across payment acceptance, B2B payments, and back-office operations.\nSet team goals, assign clear ownership, and coach PMs on discovery, prioritization, and delivery.\nSet product standards for PRDs, success metrics, and launch readiness across the domain.\nAct as the single product voice for B2B & Payments to senior management, Business Owners, Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Engineering.\nAlign competing priorities and trade-offs, drive decisions, and secure budget for the roadmap.\nManage key external partners, including acquirers, PSPs, wallet providers, corporate clients, and auditors.\nProvide regular updates on roadmap progress, key decisions, risks, and business results to stakeholders and senior management.\nUse Generative AI and automation to redesign workflows, reduce repetitive work and human error, improve decision quality, and build the team's strategic consulting capability\nAny ad hoc duties as assigned\nJob Requirements:\n\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\nMinimum 10 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 4 years in\npayments, fintech, or financial operations is preferred.\nAt least 2 years leading and developing a team of product managers will be a plus.\nDeep knowledge of payment acceptance, including card schemes, acquiring, gateways,digital wallets, tokenisation, and MDR economics.\nHands-on experience with reconciliation, settlement, and payment back-office processes is preferred.\nPreferably with experience delivering B2B payment products such as invoicing, credit terms, and collections.\nPreferably with strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align senior business, finance, technology, and external partners.\nData-driven mindset with the ability to analyze transaction and performance data, identify anomalies and make informed recommendations.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear and actionable business updates.\nLeverage Generative AI and automation technologies to streamline reconciliation and back-office workflows, reduce manual effort and human error, and enhance decision-making.\nExperience in ride-hailing, mobility, marketplace, e-commerce, or other two-sided platform businesses will be advantage.\nWorking knowledge of PCI DSS and payment compliance requirements.\nFamiliarity with Singapore payment rails and wallets, such as PayNow, PayLah!, eGIRO and NETS.\nExperience with SoftPOS, in-vehicle payment terminals, or B2B transport
