By automating and streamlining critical workflows, the integrated platform of modern solutions enables dealers to sell and service more vehicles by creating simple and convenient experiences for customers and improves their financial and operational performance.\nPosition Summary:\nThe Copilot Studio Builder designs, builds, and supports copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform. This role focuses on implementing conversational experiences, integrating actions via Power Automate and connectors, and configuring knowledge sources to improve user productivity and operational efficiency. The builder works closely with business users to translate requirements into secure, scalable copilots while following established governance and responsible AI practices.\n Responsibilities:\nBuild and maintain copilots in Copilot Studio (topics, generative answers, actions\nDesign conversation flows, prompts, fallbacks, and escalation paths aligned to\nresponsible AI practices.\nConfigure and validate knowledge sources (e.g., SharePoint, Dataverse, websites) and ensure appropriate permissions.\nIntegrate copilots with Power Automate flows and approved connectors; create\nactions that follow governance/DLP policies.\nPublish copilots to approved channels (e.g., Microsoft Teams) and support UAT and production releases.\nTest and troubleshoot copilots end-to-end (functional, regression, and basic\nsecurity validation).\nMonitor analytics and feedback; tune topics, prompts, and knowledge sources for quality and containment.\nDocument solution design, integrations, and support runbooks.\nCollaborate with stakeholders, platform admins, and security partners.\nFollow all CDK Global policies and procedures.\nComplete all mandatory assigned compliance tasks and acknowledgements.\nMeet or exceed all performance expectations.\n Qualification:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.\n2-4 years of experience building chatbots/copilots and/or Power Platform\nsolutions.\nCopilot Studio fundamentals (topics, generative answers, actions, testing,\npublishing).\nBasic conversation design and prompt writing; ability to design clear user journeys and fallbacks.\nPower Automate fundamentals (cloud flows, triggers/actions, approvals) and how to invoke flows from copilots.\nWorking knowledge of connectors, authentication basics, and solution components (connection references, environment variables).\nKnowledge source configuration (SharePoint/Dataverse) and awareness of\npermission/security trimming concepts.\nTroubleshooting skills and ability to interpret basic analytics.\nUnderstanding of governance concepts such as DLP and working within\nenterprise policies.\nStrong documentation and stakeholder collaboration skills.\n Preferred Qualifications:\nMicrosoft Power Platform certifications (PL-900; Copilot Studio credential if\navailable).\nExperience deploying copilots in Microsoft Teams and integrating with Microsoft 365 workloads.\nFamiliarity with AI Builder and/or Azure AI services.\nExperience in an enterprise or regulated environment.\nEqual Employment Opportunity (EEO)\nAt CDK, we believe inclusion and diversity are essential in inspiring meaningful connections among our people.
